The EUSE Toolkit for Diversity Project stems from a previous a previous Leonardo da Vinci Partnership Project, EUSE Supported Employment Toolkit (lead partner Dundee City Council) which highlighted a need to develop and adapt the Toolkit for people from other disadvantaged situations. The EUSE Toolkit for Diversity will resolve this limitation by addressing the gaps in learning materials for other disadvantaged groups and adding value to existing resources in terms of regional applicability and providing a consistent approach to delivery of the Supported Employment model. The aim of the project is to transfer and adapt the EUSE Supported Employment Toolkit for four cluster group regions of Europe, for people from a disadvantaged situation (i.e. ex-offenders, young people not in education, employment and training and people recovering from substance abuse) other than people with disabilities.
